		<description>Well...around here...by February, all of the &quot;town budgets&quot; have been depleted in the Snow Removal category and they don&#039;t do anything unless a cop gets stuck! We got about 4-6 inches today...and that wet slippery stuff too....but do you think they plowed?? no...sanded? no..they will just wait for spring to melt it! It will freeze tonight, and it will make for &quot;ice ruts&quot; tomorrow!</description>

The problem here is that there is ZERO snow removal/deicing equipment so things can freeze up pretty bad, plus people here can&#039;t drive in it at all.</description>
